We cooperate with suppliers and clients in Poland and abroad. We handle several international transactions every day. Global Trade (GT) provides the supervision of business transactions to maintain compliance with applicable laws that regulate the trading of goods, software and technology of strategic importance. This term covers armaments and dual-use items, i.e. items that can be used for both military and civilian purposes.
Our organization supports the processes of providing compliance with the requirements of export control regulations through the implemented, maintained and constantly improved Internal Control System. It is confirmed by the fact that we got a certificate of compliance with the provisions of the Act of November 29, 2000 on foreign trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance for national security, as well as for maintaining international peace and security (Journal of Laws 2017 item 1050 as amended). Commitment to comply with its requirements is included in the Trading Control Policy.
We also have a license from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration for conducting business activities in the field of manufacturing and trading products for military or police use as well as technology for such purposes.
In the Export Control Department we have specialists who take care of the compliance with export and import control regulations, sanctions, embargoes and US anti-boycott regulations.
