Components, which are commonly called details, are characteristic elements suitably fitted and mounted to pipe assemblies used in fuel, oil, air and drainage systems of aircraft engines.
Our company specializes in small-size details – semi-finished products with a diameter of not more than 100 mm. We manufacture them from inconel and titanium alloys and stainless steel for the internal needs of the Pipe Assembly Department.
Advanced machine park enables us to precisely manufacture elements of complex shapes. Over 20 CNC machines work in it, including:
- CNC lathes,
- 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines,
- Mill/Turn Centers.
We use CAD/CAM: Creo and NX software for their programming and preparation of a workshop design.
