We spend a great part of our lives at work, which is why we make sure that the atmosphere at Pratt & Whitney Tubes is conducive not only to achieving business goals, but also to making long-lasting friendships. We have fun together at company picnics and team-building meetings. We also celebrate together small successes as well as company jubilees and anniversaries. We all meet at a table for Christmas Eve, and in smaller groups for coffee with the Director General.
Together, we take part in local sports initiatives, e.g. 4rest run or team race in the Niepołomice Forest. Additionally, we carry out health-promoting campaigns for employees, taking care of our health not only at work, but also in private life.
