Recruitment Process
Do your best during the recruitment process, which consists of three or four stages:
Step 1
We read carefully the applications we received.
Step 2
Selected candidates are invited for the interview which is conducted by a person from the Human Resources Department and the candidate’s future supervisor. Depending on the position for which the recruitment is carried out, candidates are requested to complete the particular task.
Step 3
For some positions, we invite the candidates to be interviewed by the head or director of the department.
Step 4
The process ends with presenting the job offer to selected candidates. After both sides accept the terms, our new employee takes part in the adaptation process during which they get to know the company, meet people and take a number of trainings that will allow them to become familiar with the aviation industry.
