Wojciech Wasik
CEO
Wojciech began his professional career at Pratt & Whitney in 1995 taking the position of Quality Management Manager. Between 2001 and 2003 he worked as a General Manager of Pratt & Whitney Canada – Aerotech Kalisz. Following the merger of PWK and Aerotech he took the position of VP and COO. Between 2010-2016 Wojciech was responsible for Hamiltion Sundstrand facility (now UTAS) in Wroclaw at top level managerial position from Integration Director to Senior Director, Operations. In 2017, he was appointed Managing Director and Vice President of the Management Board of Pratt & Whitney Kalisz. Since July 2017, he has also been the CEO of Pratt & Whitney Tubes in Niepołomice.
Wojciech holds an M.Sc. degree in Heavy Machinery and Vehicles from Poznan Technical University. He also completed post-graduate studies in Management Analysis at the Canadian International Management Institute in Warsaw and the Queen’s Executive Program (2004) in Canada. Moreover, Wojciech is the alumni of INSEAD Global Leadership Development Program (2013).

Ryszard Broda
Vice President of the Board, Director General
Ryszard Broda joined the Pratt & Whitney team in 2003. He started working at Pratt & Whitney Kalisz as Sales Director. After the merger of Aerotech and Pratt & Whitney, Kalisz took up the challenge of forming and leading a new department as a Purchasing Director. In 2008, he was promoted to the position of Production Director of Plant No. 2.
After United Technologies has taken over of Kreisler Polska, Broda was nominated to the position of Director General and Vice President of the Management Board of Pratt & Whitney Tubes in Niepołomice. He holds both functions to this day.
Ryszard Broda graduated with a master's degree in engineering from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow in 1983. He completed post-graduate studies in the field of Logistics in 1997 at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2004 he graduated from the Executive MBA program run at that time by the University of Economics in Krakow and Stockholm University. In 2007-2008 he studied at the Canadian International Management Institute in Warsaw.
